from Vuk. I don't care who you "stick" with. I just am sharing my experiences with different vendors. Whether it is via AIM, Email, PM, or phone call I have always felt the company was actually attempting to care about me as a customer...every company except Z1 at this point in time. If Josh was really that busy he could have at least told me "I have a lot to do right now, can I perhaps contact you when I am not busy?" That is the correct way to deal with customers when you don't have the time, simply not answering their questions is poor service IMO.
